This event only happens once a year and you have to go see for yourself.  Bell Buckle is a beautiful little town just about an hour from Deer Creek Cabin or Rocky Top Cabin.  It hosts this awesome event October 21-22, 2017 beginning at 9:00 a.m. each day.  Over 1,000 vendors participate in this event
